| As a young girl, Tina dreamed of attending Red Carpet events wearing gorgeous gowns, stilettos and drenched in diamonds. Well, she is 41 years old and still waiting for her invitation. Meanwhile, she immersed herself into the beauty industry. She has been a hairdressor specializing in hair color for 20 years. Working in major cities such as Dallas, Los Angeles (the two blondest cities in America!) and New York, she has come across a few celebs and many fabulous, inspiring women. Celebrities in their own right. She has been recognized in national publications such as Elle, Cosmopolitan and YM. She was also voted Best Colorist in Self Magazine in 1998. Another fact about Tina, she is a talker! She loves to share information about new products she discovered and different beauty services. She will always give out the names of the people she trusts her skin, nails, eyebrows and hair to. |
She knows a good thing when she sees it and she loves to spread the word. Hence the reason she started glamourjunkie.com. She needed a bigger audience to share her favorite beauty products and valuable beauty advice with. Tina has had the opportunity to meet many women during her career. She learned that most women are not attending Red Carpet events. They are running households, raising kids and maintaining careers. Most women don't have time to put on a full face of make-up much less gowns and stilletos, but they still want to look great. We believe being glamorous means having healthy glowing skin, lustrous hair, kissable lips, happy hands and feet, self-confidence and a bright attitude.
